Once you have completed your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email and we will start preparing your order for dispatch.

Delivery is R80.

We do offer shipping to certain overseas areas for the amounts specified below:

• Australia - R450 up to 1 kg
• Germany - R375 up to 1 kg
• Sweden - R375 up to 1 kg
• USA - R395 up to 1 kg
• UK - R345 up to 1 kg

Lucky and Lou will not be held liable for the damage of any products during the course of delivery. However if your product was received in an unacceptable condition, please contact us at katie@luckyandlou.com in order for us to try to rectify the situation, in line with our returns policy.
